Please enter your student ID and birth date. A message will be sent to the personal email address containing information to reset your password.

Passwords must meet the following requirements:

1. Must be at least 8 characters long
2. Your password must include at least 3 of the 4 following requirements:
   • Uppercase letter (eg: ABCD...)
   • Lowercase letter (eg: abcd...)
   • Number (eg: 1845)
   • Symbol (eg: !@?*%$)

Please note that your password cannot NOT match any of your previous 20 passwords. It also must NOT contain your first or last name, student ID # or birth date

If your new password does not meet these requirements, the submission to change your password will fail.
